This paper explores best practices in digital transformation, automation, and data analytics that improve decision-making and streamline logistics operations. Advances such as blockchain-enabled tracking systems, AI-driven predictive analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications in real-time monitoring have revolutionized supply chain visibility, reducing uncertainties and mitigating risks.
