Student management at Airmadidi Christian High School

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of student management at Airmadidi Christian High School. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research was located in Airmadidi Bawah Subdistrict, focusing on Airmadidi Christian High School. The research implementation process starts from June to August 2023. The results of the research show that student management at Airmadidi Christian High School has not been implemented well to date and efforts have been made by the school and the foundation to continue to develop. However, there are several programs that cannot be implemented optimally.
